1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and JIYA TEXTILE (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a registered micro enterprise holding Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-GJ-26-0873246, with its registered address at Plot No. 246, Silver Textile Hub, Pipodara Village Road, Pipodara, Mangrol, Surat, Gujarat, 394110, India.

These Terms apply to this website (jiyatextile.shop) and to the Android application All Video Downloader & Home (the “application”). JIYA TEXTILE owns, publishes, and operates All Video Downloader & Home and is responsible for the application, its services, maintenance, user support, and privacy practices.

By using this website, or by installing or using the application, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or the application.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

2. Permitted use of the application

The application is made available for your personal and lawful use. It provides a built-in browser that can detect downloadable media on supported websites, a download manager for tracking and controlling downloads, and a built-in player for videos you have saved to your device.

You may use the application only:

• on websites that legally allow downloading — the application only supports downloading media from websites that permit it;
• for content you are entitled to download — content you own, or for which you hold the necessary rights or permission;
• in a way that complies with applicable law — including copyright law and the terms of the websites you visit.

Any use of the application outside the permitted use described above is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to access or download through the application, for the websites you visit using the built-in browser, and for how you use, store, or share any file you download. You are also responsible for your own device, your available storage, and your internet connection.

JIYA TEXTILE does not select, review, or approve the content you choose to download. The decision to download any file, and the consequences of that decision, are yours.

4. Legal rights to downloaded content

Before you download any media, you must make sure that you have the legal right or the rights holder’s permission to download, save, or share it. If you are not sure whether you have that right, do not download the file.

Media that you access through the application belongs to its respective rights holders. Downloading a file to your device does not transfer any ownership or rights in that content to you, and the application does not grant you any licence, permission, or right to any content that you access or save through it.

5. Copyright compliance

You must comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws when you use the application. The application must not be used to download copyrighted, protected, or otherwise unauthorized content.

You must also comply with the terms of any website you visit through the built-in browser. A website’s terms may prohibit downloading even where a file appears to be technically accessible; in that case, you must not download it.

You must not use the application to:

• download videos from YouTube — this is not supported by the application (see section 9);
• redistribute, publish, sell, or publicly share content that you do not hold the rights to;
• bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any technical protection, access control, or restriction applied to any content or website;
• break any applicable law, infringe the rights of any third party, or interfere with the normal operation of the application or of any website.

Using the application for any of the above is unauthorized use and a breach of these Terms.

7. Supported websites

The application only supports downloading media from websites that legally allow downloading. It is designed to detect media on such websites through the built-in browser.

It remains your responsibility to check the terms of any website you visit through the built-in browser and to confirm that downloading from it is permitted before you save any file.

8. No guarantee of support

JIYA TEXTILE does not guarantee that every website, every video, or every media format will be supported, detected, or downloadable through the application.

Websites and media formats change over time, and detection or downloading may stop working for any particular website or file at any time, without notice. The application is provided without any promise that it will work for a specific website, a specific video, or a specific format.

The website and the application are provided without any guarantee of uptime, continuous availability, or uninterrupted operation. Access may be unavailable or interrupted because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

We may change, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue the application, the website, or any part of either, at any time. Distribution of the application through Google Play may also depend on Google Play and is not guaranteed by us.

JIYA TEXTILE owns the application — including its name, icon, design, and software — as well as the text, layout, and other content of this website, except where stated otherwise. These are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you must not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application or the content of this website.

The application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party website or platform. All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a third party is for identification purposes only and does not imply any association, endorsement, or partnership.

The built-in browser allows you to visit websites that are operated by third parties. Those websites are not owned, controlled, or operated by JIYA TEXTILE.

We are not responsible for the content, terms, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party website, and the inclusion of a browser in the application does not imply any endorsement of the websites you choose to visit. When you browse a third-party website, that website may collect data about you under its own policies. Your use of any third-party website is governed by that website’s own terms.

We do not warrant that the application or the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, or that the application will work with any particular website, video, or media format.

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your use ends.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. JIYA TEXTILE is a registered enterprise located in Gujarat, India.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or the application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the application or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.

18. Advertising agency

Google Ads campaigns for All Video Downloader & Home are managed by MILANKUMAR M SAVALIYA as JIYA TEXTILE's authorized advertising agency under a direct business relationship. JIYA TEXTILE and MILANKUMAR M SAVALIYA are separate businesses. MILANKUMAR M SAVALIYA does not own or publish the application.

These Terms are an agreement between you and JIYA TEXTILE only. MILANKUMAR M SAVALIYA is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the application or its services. Full details are available on our Business Information page.
