JIYA TEXTILE owns, publishes, and operates All Video Downloader & Home and is responsible for the application, its services, maintenance, user support, and privacy practices.

JIYA TEXTILE is a registered micro enterprise in India. This policy explains what information is handled when you use our website or our application, the permissions the application requests, and the third-party service it uses. Please read it before using the application.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers both of the following:

• The website:https://jiyatextile.shop, including the pages published on it.
• The application:All Video Downloader & Home for Android (package IDcom.vid.masti.mediaload.downloader.player.downloaderquick.browser), distributed through Google Play.

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that you reach through the application's built-in browser, or any other website that links to us. Those are operated by other parties under their own privacy policies.

3. Information we collect

The application is not an account-based service. We do not ask you to register, and we do not ask you for your name, postal address, or payment details. The information described below is what we handle:

a. Video URLs

When you request a download, the video URL that you submit, or that the application detects while you browse, is processed locally or on our servers only for the duration of the download. It is not stored permanently.

b. Usage and diagnostic data

We collect usage and diagnostic data about the application, which may include your device type, operating system version, and information about application crashes. This is used to identify faults and to maintain and improve the application.

c. Data collected by websites you visit

The application includes a built-in browser. When you use it to visit third-party websites, those websites may collect data about you themselves, in the same way they would if you visited them in any other browser. That collection is governed by the privacy policies of those websites and is outside our control.

4. App permissions

The application requests the following Android permissions. Each one is requested for the purpose described next to it:

• Storage (read and write): required to save downloaded videos to your device and to read those saved files so that they can be listed, played back, or deleted from within the application.
• Internet access: required to load websites in the built-in browser, to download the media you request, and to display advertisements.
• Network state: required to check whether your device currently has a working network connection before starting or resuming a download.

You can review and change permissions at any time in your device's Android settings. If you withdraw the storage permission, the application will not be able to save videos to your device.

5. Advertising

The application is supported by advertising and displays advertisements. We useGoogle AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google, to serve those advertisements.

To serve and measure advertisements, Google AdMob may collect and process data about your device, which may include device identifiers such as an advertising ID, and information about how advertisements are viewed and interacted with. This processing is carried out by Google in accordance with Google's own policies, and not under our control.

You can review and adjust your advertising preferences through Google's ad settings, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Android settings.

6. Analytics and crash reporting

As described in section 3, the application collects information about application crashes, together with basic device type and operating system version information, so that we can diagnose faults and keep the application working.

Beyond what is described in this policy, JIYA TEXTILE does not claim the use of any other analytics or measurement service in the application. If we add one, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date before or when the change takes effect.

7. Third-party services and websites

The application interacts with parties outside JIYA TEXTILE in two ways:

• Google AdMob: our advertising provider, as described in section 5. Google processes data under its own policies.
• Third-party websites: any website you choose to visit through the built-in browser. Each of those websites is operated independently, has its own privacy policy and terms, and may collect data about you.

We do not control third-party services or websites, and we are not responsible for their content or for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website or service before you use it.

8. How information is used

The information described in this policy is used only in order to:

• process and complete the downloads that you request;
• operate, maintain, and provide the features of the application;
• diagnose crashes and technical faults, and fix and improve the application;
• display advertisements that support the application;
• respond to your support or privacy requests when you contact us; and
• meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

9. Data sharing

Information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• With service providers: including our advertising provider, Google AdMob, which receives and processes data as described in section 5 in order to serve and measure advertisements in the application.
• Where required by law: if we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.

Where information is shared with a service provider, that provider handles the information under its own policies and its own responsibilities.

10. Data retention

Video URLs submitted or detected for a download are processed only for the duration of the download and are not stored permanently.

Other information described in this policy, such as crash and diagnostic data, is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in section 8, or for as long as we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation. Videos that you download are saved on your own device, and you control them — deleting them from your device, or uninstalling the application, is a matter for you.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's privacy

The application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us atsupport@jiyatextile.shop so that we can take steps to remove it.

13. Your choices and rights

You have the following choices in relation to the application:

• Uninstall the application: you can stop all use of the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
• Manage permissions: you can grant or withdraw the storage permission, and review the other permissions the application uses, in your device's Android settings.
• Manage advertising: you can review and adjust your advertising preferences through Google's ad settings, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Android settings.

14. Responsible use

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right or permission to download and store any content. The application must not be used to download copyrighted, protected, or unauthorized content.

All Video Downloader & Home does not support downloading videos from YouTube.

The application only supports downloading media from websites that legally allow downloading. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper permissions and rights to download, save, or share any content.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the application changes or if the services we use change. When we do, we will publish the revised policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
